Prices and payment
Website prices include VAT and the standard mainland Great Britain delivery described on the product page. Payment is taken securely through Stripe. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. If a product becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will offer an agreed alternative or a full refund.
Products
Your PISK package contains the products listed for that system at the time of purchase. PISK LIVE products are supplied as complete compliant plug-in solar products. If an item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will contact you before making any change to your order.
Delivery
Some larger orders may arrive in separate consignments. We will keep you updated as each part is dispatched. Standard delivery is for mainland Great Britain. Remote, island or unusually difficult delivery addresses may require confirmation or an additional charge before dispatch; if you do not accept that charge, we will refund the affected order. Unless a shorter date is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days.
Installation and setup
PISK setup is £399 per complete system and includes travel within 40 road miles of Plymouth plus the first 5 metres of standard surface solar-cable routing. For supported postcodes outside the included area, the website calculates the additional return-travel charge before checkout and you must accept it before payment. Electrical alterations, new sockets, buried routes and other specialist works are not included unless separately agreed.
Cancellation
Consumers buying online normally have 14 days after receiving goods to cancel, subject to statutory exceptions. You must take reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession. Bulky return collection costs may be deducted where the law permits and where you are responsible for the return; contact us before arranging a return.
LIVE product limits
PISK LIVE is intended for Great Britain and must be used in accordance with the current product instructions and plug-in-solar requirements. Only one plug-in solar product may be installed per household under the current route. PISK STORE is separate portable battery power and must not be used to back-feed a wall socket.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to the branded equipment. PISK remains your retailer and will help coordinate valid warranty issues. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
