Email info@pisk.co.uk before sending anything back. Solar panels and batteries are bulky/regulated goods and may need a specific carrier.
Changed your mind
Consumers buying online normally have 14 days from receipt to tell us they wish to cancel, subject to statutory exceptions. We will explain the correct return route and any lawful return/collection cost before collection is arranged.
Damage on delivery
Please inspect visible packaging and panels as soon as reasonably possible. Photograph any damage and contact PISK promptly so we can arrange the correct replacement, collection or carrier claim.
Faults
Contact PISK first. We will work with the manufacturer or distributor and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
